Upgrading to Windows 10 1809 from 1607 - Result Error Code 0x80070032 -Extend Error Code 0x50014

Hi,

I am trying to Upgrade Windows 10 from the version 1607 to 1809 and I am receiving the following event log:

Fault bucket 1529685879419153197, type 5

Event Name: WinSetupDiag02

Response: Not available

Cab Id: 0
