The workbook Im trying to work on says that the "cached credentials have expired" and it doesn't let me re sign in. I found ways to fix it on Windows but nothing on how to fix it for Mac. Im trying to collaborate with PC users from a Mac but the warning won't automatically upload my changes.

    Hi @Juan José Solano

I suggest you close all Office apps for Mac, download and run the license removal tool to remove Office license files on a Mac.

Then open Finder > Applications> Utilities > Keychain Access

Search for Microsoft Office> Delete all the items that contain MicrosoftOffice … by right-clicking on it.

Open Excel for Mac, and sign into your account, check whether you can use it properly.
