I've tried all the ways. My ad is not showing.

    I had a similar problem with Ad Diagnostic and Preview: it was a bug.

    Do you have impression in the campaign reports?

    No, the search query 'Keyword' you entered doesn’t trigger any of your text ads.

    Hi ALican.

    Could you please check usng the Ad Preview Tool (it's in the top bar menu), where you can simulate a query and get all the system infos on why the ad is not displaied.

    Once we get this info we'll be more likely able to help you.
