Bing Ads - Automated rules from old users

Hello! I just took over a colleague her Bing Ads jobs and, as she had established a lot of automated rules for many campaigns, I wonder what would happen if her user was unsuscribed. The automated rules will keep working? Or should I create the rules again?

Thank you.

    Hi MiguelLopez Dalmau,

    Thank you for your question!

When removing a person's access to an account, you will not delete, edit or undo any task that user has previously implemented.

I would like to note that only the those with Super Admins and Standard Users roles can delete old users from your account. To perform this task follow these the instructions:

    1. Click the gear icon , and then click Accounts & Billing.
    2. Click the Users tab.
    3. Next to the name of the person you want to remove, click Delete.

Before removing a Primary Contact from an account, you must designate a new Primary Contact for that account.

    If you have one account

    1. Click the gear icon , and then click Accounts & Billing.
    2. Click the Users tab.
    3. Next, to the name of the person you want to be the Primary Contact for the account, click Set as primary.

    If you have multiple accounts

You can set one Primary Contact for multiple accounts by using bulk edit. This ability comes in handy if there are changes in personnel or account management.

    1. Click the gear icon , and then click Accounts & Billing.
    2. Use the check boxes in the grid to select the accounts you want to update.
    3. Click Edit, and then click Primary contact.
    4. You'll see a list of available users that you can designate as Primary Contact for your selected accounts. Choose one, and click save.

I hope you find this information helpful, please let me know if you have any additional questions as we are always happy to assist.

    Thank you for choosing Bing!

    Sincerely,
