How to use a VPN link to SSL Network extender that only works on Internet Explorer when on Windows 11 Edge

I have recently upgraded to Windows 11. I need to open a VPN link that only works on Internet Explorer. How do I force my new Edge and Windows 11 to still open an Internet Explorer browser so I can use this URL?
