Remove the address bar in Edge

Is it possible to remove the address bar for all users in Edge Chromium running on server 2012 R2 to prevent them from browsing?

    Take a look at Configure Microsoft Edge kiosk mode | Microsoft Docs. The 'Digital/Interactive Signage' mode may serve your purposes.
