Hi. I just bought a new Brother MFC-L8900 printer to replace my Brother MFC-9320. I am running Windows 10 (64 BIT). My default PDF opening was set to Microsoft edge. I have always been able to print my Bank of Montreal bank statements with my old printer (this is still the case). On the new printer, when I try printing a Bank Statement PDF, other than the name of the account holder, all other data is missing even though everything is clearly visible on the PDF. (statements from accounts at some other banks do not have this issue but all of the Bank of Montreal accounts have this issue). When I open the PDF, is shows that the file has limited permissions but the permission that is checked is the Printing one. If I open the PDF with Acrobat Reader, it will print perfectly. I have searched online for a fix but have not found any that works to allow the document to print properly when open in Edge. As well, there is no option in Edge printing that mentions background graphics (a fix sometimes mentioned). I have also tried to save as a PDF under the print function in Edge and then print from that PDF but that also fails to print with any data. Does anyone know how to fix this issue. I much prefer to have the PDFs open and printed using Edge and this is making that impossible

Hi, DeborahRachel
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
Is your print preview normal? Regarding the PDF issue in Edge, you can visit this address and try changing the settings related to PDF features (especially the New PDF Viewer feature).
edge://flags/
It is also recommended to reinstall the printer drivers. If the issue persists, it might be due to some compatibility problems. You should use Alt+Shift+I to report the issue to the Edge developers (including your printer model and the issue) so that the developers are aware of the problem.
