I just recently encountered a problem with Microsoft Edge PDF reading.
It works properly when I open the pdf on edge. However, when I start to scroll down PDF the black screen occurred, and there is a puzzle icon with a "sad face" in it.
how do i fix this?

We're having the same issue and it's only with the Edge browser. We are up to date. I've taken to using Fire Fox for the time being. When we are attaching PDFs to emails and we want to preview the PDF in Microsoft 365 email, we get the black screen and sad puzzle piece in the preview split screen. Again, only when using Edge.
