Is there any way to use the Read Aloud function of Microsoft Edge on a Linux OS? I don't wanna run a VM just for this function. It works on both my Windows PC and on my Android phone, but not on my Linux PC....

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Currently Read Aloud is only available on Windows, Android and iOS devices, that functionality has not been enabled on Linux yet, there is no native method to enable that on Linux.
