microsoft and thier bugs

why does microsoft never fix their bugs, and make the users/CUSTOMER WHO PAY also pay in time and effort to fix this stuff, that never gets fixed. it has become worse now that funding is being driven to AI.

i am not the typical ussr

i have worked on computers and programming for 50 years

i also worked for at&t long lines for 37 years

we had pay phones at gas stations when i started

now we have this internet and technology and stuff

why is microsoft so user unfriendly and profits driven.

the business model is abusive and oppressive in my opinion

i could not get WIRE SHARK running because a WINDOWS software module does not start in WINDOWS upon start up

it must be manually started

this forum seems to be for very simple things and bugs that never gets fixed

which is a lot of wasted time and money

the products and topics selection makes no sense without OTHER or maybe WINDOWS OS added

the security system is outrageously ridiculous to put it on the user ... they expect folks to be IP-SEC experts
