Good day, thanks for your question. I am glad to assist you today. If there is no light indicator at all, there is a possibility that the power brick maybe faulty and you can check the connection to the power outlet (you may test it on a different power outlet), you can also check the other end of the cable that is detachable and try a different one to see if it will still be the same afterwards.
