GenX scanner driver for Windows10

Hi

I can't install my genx scanner RCFA4122EU  in Windows 10 it showing that "1200dpi usb scanner does not have a driver" then i downloaded the driver and when tried to install showing that "OS NOT SUPPORT" anybody's help will be highly appreciated.

Please help

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

    You may try a different USB port on the PC to check if that makes any difference.

    Suggest you to reinstall the USB drivers on the PC and check if that helps.

    a. Press Windows + R keys, type devmgmt.msc in run window and press Enter.

    b. In Device Manager, expand "Universal Serial Bus Controllers".

    c. Right click a device under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" and click uninstall.

    d. Perform the same step for other USB devices. When completed, restart the computer. All the USB controllers will be reinstalled automatically.

    But it does not work, An error is shown after installing.

    "Program was unable to load your scanner".

    try update drivers from device manager or  from windows updates
