Authenticator login for work account

I'm trying to reset my password for my work login and it keeps giving me a two digit code to enter in order to continue, I can't find anywhere in the app to do this HELP someone please

    1. Is the mobile device with the Authenticator app connected to the internet and working?

    Force close the Authenticator app on your device, then restart your device once. Next, connect your mobile device to a mobile data network or Wi-Fi.

    Afterwards, open an incognito tab in any web browser and paste the link below.

    If this is a work or school account, please use the following link to reset the password: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/n/passwordreset/#!/

    You will be asked to verify your identity using the Authenticator app.

    Check if you can receive the verification code on your Authenticator app and use the displayed two-digit code on your password reset screen.
