2 Questions - Whiteboard app and Reflection

I'm testing out a couple of products within teams.

I created a white board tab at the top of my team. It allows my students to post sticky notes to a question, At the end of the day I want export the screenshot, clear the board and start over with a new question. I had a student do a test sticky note but I can't see his name anywhere. As an educator how can I view who posted what? I know it won't show the kids the names but I need to see who responded with what.

In reflections, I had a teacher and a student test the reflection. I know it wont show the data to students until 5 students have posted, but why as an educator can I not see the the student or what he posted. It says I have 2 submission and shows the words but he is not appearing in the list and it is not showing me what he posted.

and is there a way to edit the time frame or delete a reflection once it is created, or do I just have to let it time out??

Thanks for some guidance.

    Re: editing/deleting Reflect..

Click on the "General" tab, you can see all of your Teams' posts. From there you can click the three dots on the Reflect post and delete it. Unfortunately you can't edit and it still shows up under the "Reflect" tab. Not sure why Microsoft would launch something like this without allowing two really important features but it is what it is. Hope this helps.

    Dear Lyndsey McCoy,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I understand that you have queries regarding Whiteboard app and Reflection.

Regarding the first question on Whiteboard:

    1. As an educator how can I view who posted what? I know it won't show the kids the names but I need to see who responded with what.

For this scenario you can switch on Collaborative cursors as you Use annotation while sharing your screen in Teams. Kindly refer to the steps below:

    Turn on and use annotation

While you're sharing your full screen in a meeting, select Start annotation Microsoft Teams annotation icon in the meeting controls at the upper-middle area of your screen.

    Start annotation

The red outline around the shared screen will turn blue and all participants will see the Microsoft Whiteboard toolset at the top of the shared screen. Everyone in the meeting can begin annotating right away, and the red pen tool is selected by default.

    Annotation started

To begin annotating, choose one of the tools in the Whiteboard toolset—like Sticky notes—and start typing or drawing on the screen.

    Use annotation

**Tip:**You can take screenshots during the meeting if you’d like to reference the annotated content later. Note that the ability to start annotation and screenshot annotated content while you're presenting on a Mac is coming soon.

    Annotation settings

Collaborative cursors show the names of every participant in the meeting by default. Anyone in the meeting can turn them off. To turn them off:

    1. Select Settings Settings gear icon.
    2. Turn off the toggle next to Collaborative cursors.

    Annotation settings

For the second query regarding reflections I have done some research to try edit the time frame or delete a reflection. However, this feature in not available yet, so for now I would suggest you let it time out.

Given the situation we’d like to invite you to leave feedback to our related team where the engineers cherish your valuable ideas much Teams· Community (microsoft.com). As you know many products’ services have been designed based on customers’ constructive ideas and comments.
