My phone broke which had my Authenticator app, it did not back up and now I cannot access it at all. I need to have MFA removed so I can set it up again on new phone. There is no one to contact

There is no one to contact".  My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this might be causing you, kindly note this is very sensitive and should not be discussed here in a public forum which is accessible to all Microsoft customers. We value your organization’s security and privacy; If your account is Microsoft365 Work/School account and if you are end user/if you are admin but other user has admin rights, it is suggested to contact your admin and ask admin to reset the Authentication method for your account. Admin can do it by follow Manage user authentication options. (If you are not sure who is your admin, can refer this How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support).

    If the account in question is the only admin account,  we sincerely recommend that you contact our dedicated data protection support team directly via phone support on business days (Monday to Friday) and times: (select your country's region code):Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn or Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support. They are the only responsible and privileged support team for account related queries. While phone call, The phone support team or AI may ask for the subscription, domain, phone number, or an alternate email address for the verification process. So, our data protection team can assist you in resetting your multifactor authentication and once reset you will gain access to your admin account.
