I used to have account in my previous school on Ms Teams, that account is now blocked, because I don´t go to that school anymore. Now I have a new account from my new school, but I can not log in, because the old email is still atomatically fills in and there is no choice to change the account and you can only put the password in, when I do that it says the account is blocked. Basically I´m stucked at the log in page.

I tried to remove the key from my google account so it would atomatically fill in, but it doesn´t work. I also can´t do anyting in the app, because it needs to be updated and for that I need to log in in browser.

    Dear Psenicna Natalie

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description, I understand you concern with unable to sign in to new Teams account.

May I know whether you have tried to create a new Windows profile and check if there is any difference? New Windows profile will remove all credentials.

May I double confirm whether you have tried to clear the browser cache and cookies?

You may have a try to use InPrivate and Incognito Browsing Mode and check if there is any difference.

In the meanwhile, you can try to reset the Teams app and check if there is any difference. Clear Teams cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
