Setting a timetable for scheduling intervals for meetings.

I am a teacher and guidance counsellor and I use Teams to schedule appointments with students when not in class. Our timetable is in 40 minute increments, e.g. 9:00 am to 9:40 am up until 4:00 pm with a 15 minute and 45 minute break within that time. Is it possible to have my Teams "know" these times so I don't have to spend so much time weekly changing every appointment from 9:00 am - 9:30 am to 9:40 am. It adds a long time to the weeks scheduling and I would love if Teams could "learn" my timetable - perhaps if AI is added to this app, then it could begin recognising the patterns people use and suggest 40 minutes for me for example.

It is a great suggestion to have machine learning mechanisms that would recognizing the daily patterns people use to schedule meeting and suggest 40 minutes instead of 30 minutes or 1 hour. For now, this can be achieved in Microsoft Bookings if you Set up a shared booking page but students will need to book according to your availability.
