I cant acess teams and when i try to uninstal the app it doesnt work

Hello

i am currently trying to log on to my uni teams on my teams app however when i go through the log in it says that i have the wrong details for this email address and the email adress it shows is my old school adress and not the email address i hae put the details in for. i can log into word and power point ect just fine on bothe the app and the web application. it then tells me to cancel to try a new account to log in however when i press log out it does nothing and i am not able to get passed the login screen with either email adress details. then when i try to quit or force quit this does nothing either and i cant delete the app either. i also cannot log in to teams on the web aplication as it says i need a newer version of safari but when i try to update my safri it is stopped because it says microsoft teams is blocking it and to quit it to continue but i cant close the app.

    1. Clear Teams cache: You may have a try to clear Teams cache in Teams for Mac, you can refer to Clear Teams cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn.

    1. Remove Credentials for Mac: You may have a try to open Finder > Search **Keychain Access >**Remove the Identities related to Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Office.
    2. You may have a try to use other browsers to sign into Teams with your account and check whether there is any difference.
