how do I assign tasks for a team member and only gets completed by one team member and not all assigned to the task. i dont have completion optiosns

how do I assign tasks for a team member and only gets completed by one team member and not all assigned to the task. I don't have completion options to assign to individual members that dont complete it for everyone else.

    So i want to have tasks for large groups that once one team member completes it - the others also have to do the same and complete it. Its not a collaborative effort or response that im looking for

    You can assign tasks in Teams, and people who are assigned tasks can indicate in the Tasks app when they start and complete a task.
