Microsoft Teams

Dear Helpdesk Team,

I’m encountering an issue with Microsoft Teams, which I use for university. Whenever I open it to see what the teachers have posted, I can’t see the work. I’ve tried reloading the page many times, but it still doesn’t work. I made sure that the teachers posted the class work. I checked my WIFI, I waited a bit, still it didn't fix the problem. I hope we can work together to figure out what the problem might be.

    Based on your description, I understand you concern with unable to see what teachers have posted in Teams. To narrow down your issue, could you please allow me to collect more details?

    1. Type settings in the search box, and then select the Settings app from the results.
    2. Select Apps > Installed apps, and then type Microsoft Teams in the search box.
    3. Locate the New Microsoft Teams app from the results, select the More options button (...) on the right, and then select Advanced options.
    4. In the Reset section, select Reset.
    5. Restart Teams.
    • You may have a try to reinstall Teams and check whether the issue still persists.
