Teams app full of bugs

Dear all,

I am signed in on Teams on my laptop through my university account. When I try to sign out and switch to a different (work) account, which involves a substantial amount of lag on every single step, the Teams app automatically redirects me to the university's sign in page, which makes it impossible to sign in through an account connected to a different institution.

The Teams app on my phone has been broken for more than a year. I tried updating, reinstalling, everything.

This is the worst app ever made.

Thank you for nothing.

    Dear Metodi Recanoski,
    Thank you for your updates.
First of all, I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing with Outlook? Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you see when you try to switch to another work account in Teams. This will allow us to better understand the problem and provide a more effective solution.

Beside that, I wanted to share an important update regarding the Microsoft Community site. Microsoft has officially announced that it will be decommissioning the current Support Community platform (previously hosted on answers.microsoft.com) and transitioning to the new Microsoft Q&A platform.

This change is part of a broader effort to streamline the support experience and provide a more modern, integrated environment for users. The new Microsoft Q&A site offers several advantages:

    • Improved Navigation and Search: The platform is designed to help users find answers faster with better categorization and filtering.
    • Unified Experience: It brings together support for multiple Microsoft products in one place, making it easier to engage across technologies.
    • Enhanced Collaboration: Users can interact more effectively with Microsoft engineers, MVPs, and the broader community.

We’ve already begun migrating our support efforts to this new platform to ensure a smoother experience for everyone.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and for any disruption it may have brought to your workflow.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Best regards,
Viego An - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist.
