Teams on Chrome (Browser, not app) keeps asking me to sign in. Then every couple of weeks, it asks me to reset password.

Error daily: We need you to sign in again. This could be a request from your IT department or Teams, or the result of a password update.

Every 2 weeks or so, it asks me to reset my password.

This started happening a few months ago. Contacted my company IT and they said to contact Microsoft. None of my teammates have this issue. I tried the following:

  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Logging out fully and logging in
  • Contacting my company IT - they cannot help because it seems to me an issue for me only
