Setting meetings at :05 or :15 past the hour

I am no longer able to set meeting invites at :05 or :15 past the hour. When I attempt to edit the time to reflect either :05 or :15 past the hour, the system automatically defaults my invite to the :00 or :30 hour time.

My screenshots are from new Teams desktop app... so it can work.

Try clearing the cache and repairing Teams apps.

Follow the instructions in this article to clear Teams cache. https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache?WT.mc_id=M365-MVP-6934

Try repairing or resetting the app. In Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps, find Teams then click on the dots on the right and choose Advanced Options. Repair is near the bottom of the page. .

The time edit in the blacked out boxes you provided only works on the web experience, not the desktop. When I try to make the edit with desktop, as soon as a tab to the next time prompt, the start time defaults back to either :00 or :30. Seems like there's a glitch in the desktop experience.

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.

Here I can replace the 00 with 15 and it works. Does it work if you create it in Outlook - either desktop or Outlook on the web? https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/19afee36-5b20-4e45-a537-271ff011a62f?platform=QnA

    Are you using new Teams?

Let me know how it goes, I'm here to help you further if needed.
