Hello everyone,

My company just bought new video conferencing equipment, and my co-workers are questioning whether it’s possible to share the picture-in-picture window while in presentation mode, sharing the window.

    Dear Gustavo,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description regarding "It is possible to share the picture in picture window in apresentation mode?". After thorough research and testing, I notice that the picture-in-picture window cannot be shared separately while in presentation mode. You can only share the entire screen or a specific application window. It has been concluded that the feature you are inquiring about is not yet available.

However, Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, your suggestion is very helpful, and I believe it could make the use of Teams even better. We will surely raise your concerns to our Product Development Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates. In the meantime, we sincerely recommend you post your concern as an idea to our Teams feedback site via Microsoft Teams · Community our Product Development Team are committed to enhancing the customer experience by continually examining suggestions to include in the design and development of future product upgrades based on your suggestions. Hopefully your suggestion will help many other people in the future.

Please note that us as the community team and the Microsoft product development team are separate. The product development team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft products. They work on implementing new features, fixing bugs, and making improvements based on user feedback and other factors.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,
