Video sharing access issues. Access is needed even though administrator does not requires it!

In the team space for my university accounts, I have a sharepoint link. A few lectures are recorded, uploaded, and distributed through sharepoint.

Although the screenings are shared with everyone in a team group, I and a few other students have been having trouble accessing them lately. A request access page appears whenever I attempt to open a shorn video, even after I submit a request and the admin grants it. What is what's happening of the sharepoint/Teams service? They've never caused me any problems before. Please answer right away.
