How do I access the Microsoft Reflect Emotion Board resource when you have 50 students in one Team?

I would like to set up the Microsoft Reflect Emotion Board for my class. Currently, we have 51 students in our Team, but I only teach half of them. I want to access the downloadable documents to set up the class board, but it won't allow me as there are more than 45 students in the class. I am happy not to use the App check-in part, I just want to be able to set up the board. Any ideas?

    Hi Sarah

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself no one here is a Microsoft employee.

If you have more than 45 students in your class, you will not be able to use the Emotion Board feature. However, you can still download the printable board kit from the Reflect app in your class team and set up a physical board in your classroom. You can also use the Reflect web application or the Reflect app in Teams to conduct check-ins with your students using emojis and the Feelings Monster.

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,
