how can I sign in into microsoft teams

Dear all,

I am signed in on Teams on my laptop through my university account. When I try to sign out and switch to a different (work) account, which involves a substantial amount of lag on every single step, the Teams app automatically redirects me to the university's sign in page, which makes it impossible to sign in through an account connected to a different institution.

The Teams app on my phone has been broken for more than a year. I tried updating, reinstalling, everything.

This is the worst app ever made and the worst IT company and IT support.

Based on your description, my understanding is that you want to sign in to Teams. In this case, we recommend you could start Microsoft Teams by doing one of the following:

1. In Windows, click Start  > Microsoft Corporation > Microsoft Teams.
2. On Mac, go to the Applications folder and click Microsoft Teams.
3. On the web, go to https://teams.microsoft.com.

Sign in with your Microsoft 365 username and password.
