    Hello Eric,

You can access your classroom chats using your personal laptop in Microsoft Teams. You can do this by signing in to Office.com with your school email and password, then selecting the Teams app. You can also access your online classroom right away in Office 365 Education and Microsoft Teams.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Jayzar

    Hi Eric,

    I appreciate the follow-up.

It is possible that your institution's IT administrator has set policies and permissions that are preventing you from seeing your classroom using a personal laptop. Alternatively, it is possible that the administrator at your school has not yet activated the classroom for your account. In this case, you must contact your IT administrator for further assistance.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help. Thank you for your time and understanding.

    Kind regards,

    Jayzar

Online classroom still not showing up. I'm using the same account at home that I use on the school's computer.
