Hello, I would like for our Pk-8 campus to use MS reflect. Is there a way to send up an automatic checkin for everyday of the school year? If this is possible, can we set it up so that our counselors have access to the dashboard? Please advise. Thank you.

    Dear L. Aguilar,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description regarding "MS Reflect". After thorough research and testing, in Microsoft Teams for Education - Reflect, you can set up recurring check-ins for your Pk-8 campus. However, at the moment, there isn't a feature to automatically schedule check-ins for every day of the school year. You would need to manually set up each check-in. Regarding access to the dashboard for counselors, you can grant them access by adding them as team members or owners in the Reflect app within Microsoft Teams. This will allow them to view and participate in the check-ins and access the dashboard data. Get started with Microsoft Reflect - Microsoft Support

It has been concluded that the feature you are inquiring about is not yet available. However, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, your suggestion is very helpful, and I believe it could make the use of Teams even better. We will surely raise your concerns to our Product Development Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates. In the meantime, we sincerely recommend you post your concern as an idea to our Teams feedback site via Microsoft Teams · Community our Product Development Team are committed to enhancing the customer experience by continually examining suggestions to include in the design and development of future product upgrades based on your suggestions. Hopefully your suggestion will help many other people in the future.

Please note that us as the community team and the Microsoft product development team are separate. The product development team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft products. They work on implementing new features, fixing bugs, and making improvements based on user feedback and other factors.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!
