I have created (and I can only see) one home page, but students see two home pages (only one works)

Hi,

I have created a home page for my class in Teams, and it works perfectly. In my version of Teams, I can see this home page, and it also works. However, my students see two home pages in their Teams app, one of which is the one I created, which works, and the other being blank, not loading anything. I have checked in SharePoint to see if I had, mistakenly, created an extra home page, but, if that's the case, I can't seem to find it.

I would appreciate some guidance to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconveniences,

    Here are some possible solutions that you can try:

    • Make sure your students have the latest version of the Teams desktop app or the Teams web app. You can check for updates by clicking on your profile picture and selecting Check for updates.
    • Tell your students to reload the website tab in Teams by clicking on the three dots (...) next to the tab name and selecting Reload this tab. This may help to refresh the page and load the content.
