One note Class Notebook- managing the order of the sections created

Hi

My question is about the One note Class notebook.

I had created sections for each of my students in my class. Everything looked in order yesterday. today, when i open the One Note class notebook, the sections are not in the same order as i intended them to be. How can i prevent the order of the sections from changing?

    Hi Vasumathi,

    I test at my end by adding 2 sections in student’s notebook (Order1 and Order2), I fond that they do not display in alphabetical order and it seems like no pattern for it. Moreover, the orders of sections are different in different students’ notebook.

       

    I have tried to change the order of section in Manage Notebook, but I can’t do anything except adding new sections. We also tried to open this Class Notebook in OneNote application, I found that they can display in alphabetical order but there is no way to change the order.

      

    Given this situation, we sincerely suggest you provide this requirement in OneNote UserVoice which can help us to improve products. The related team will adapt the idea of the high vote and keep bring a better user experience. Your idea may turn this feature into reality and benefit more users.
