Can't view scores after accidentally refreshing tab.

I answered a ms form in my ms teams and after i submitted my answer I accidentally refreshed my tab before viewing my score. NowI can't see my answers or recheck since the form only allows one response. Is there a way to view the scores?

    We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

    You can follow the following steps to view your score:

    1. Launch the Teams app on your device or go to the Teams website and log in with your credentials.
    2. In the left sidebar, select the class team where the assignment was given.
    3. Click on the "Assignments" tab at the top of the class team page.
    4. Find and click on the specific assignment you want to check it may be under Completed
    5. Your points or grade for the assignment will be displayed here.

    Please note if your quiz is still under review, you may not be able see your points until the teacher and done reviewing.

    We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, please let me know if you have any further questions or if there are any misunderstandings.
