Microsoft Teams template doesn't populate configured tabs/apps

Hi,

I'm referring to the following threads:

Is there any update on this issue? Also, in our organization, predefined tabs/apps (custom app) are not populated by using any template (even the pre-defined ones) and we have to add them always manually which is guess not how it is meant to be.

    no error code. Just doesn't add app tab

    I'm trying to add the custom app to the template. And sadly neither of ways worked as you mentioned.
