I would like to collaborate with a small team on Word- and Powerpoint documents.
I need to be blessed to manage access, but we should all work on the same document, simultaneously.

Have you tried Sharing a file to OneDrive? The Share button is in the upper right corner of the program window in both Windows and Mac versions.
