I have installed microsoft365 and all other apps have downloaded but Powerpoint. for some reason Powerpoint is the only app to not have downloaded and I am unable to find anywhere to be able to download just the single app.

Try running an Office Repair, using the Online Repair option. That should fix the installation, but if not, uninstall and reinstall from your Microsoft account.
