Hello, my name is Jan, and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your browser. Based on the image, 0 passwords are synced in the cloud/server. It seems that there is a problem in the account sync settings. Here are some things you can try.

    1. Ensure to sign in and sync your account on the Edge browser Select the profile icon of the top-right corner Then sign in to sync data to your browser. Or try logging out and then logging in again.
    2. If you are using another device or computer. Try exporting the password from the other device.

Open the Edge settings >passwords select the three dots > Export Passwords > Save the file and transfer the CSV file to your PC

On your computer. Open the Edge settings >passwords, select the three dots >Import passwords.

    1. Ensure that time and date settings on your computer are correct. If you have any third-party antivirus, cleaners installed or browser extensions, fully uninstall them. Restart your computer.

Then try to re-sync the account in EDGE settings.
