Managing profiles and sync in Microsoft Edge on Windows 10

All of a sudden, all my passwords are gone. All my credit cards, bookmarks, etc. are saved though. Hundreds of saved passwords- just missing. Nothing there. Here are my sync setting but I don't know what this means...
Any help would be much appreciated!

Open the Edge settings >passwords select the three dots > Export Passwords > Save the file and transfer the CSV file to your PC
On your computer. Open the Edge settings >passwords, select the three dots >Import passwords.
Then try to re-sync the account in EDGE settings.
