Dear @Na-diss gamer,
Good day! Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description, kindly try these following steps:
- Check Settings:
- Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
- If you see a profile listed under Mobile Device Management, tap it to view details.
- Remove Profile:
- If the option “Remove Management” is available, tap it.
- You may be prompted for a password. This is usually the one set by the organization that enrolled the device.
- If Removal Is Restricted:
- You’ll need to contact the IT administrator. Only they can unenroll your device if it was enrolled via Apple Business Manager or Automated Device Enrollment.
Recommended Action
Since this profile is tied to another, and you mentioned it's limiting your device to calls only, I recommend reaching out to their IT support team. You can ask them to:
- Remove your device from their MDM system.
- Release it from Apple Business Manager if it is enrolled automatically.
