    Hello @Tran Thanh Tu

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

Based on your information, I have checked in My Microsoft Loop and seached for information about its page cover. Unfortunately, I need to inform you that currently Microsoft Loop does not support uploading your own custom images.

About your concern, I personally agree with you that it's more creative and personalized when you can use your own image as the page cover in Microsoft Loop. Therefore, your feedback is really valuable and here’s how you can submit your suggestion to Microsoft:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Feedback Portal:
    2. Go to: Microsoft 365 Feedback HubSend Feedback→ Describe your proposal in detail
    3. Upvote & collaborate:  Check existing suggestions and upvote similar ones. The more votes an idea gets, the higher its priority!

Once again, please notice and accept my apologies that as moderators in the community, we are not supported for the product design and have limited resources for the advanced info for Microsoft products. To help you send your feedback and requirements to the related development team, we have redirected you to the correct path.

For your reference only: While you can't currently set a custom image as the official cover in Microsoft Loop, you can insert your own images (e.g., logos, banners) directly into the body of the Loop page. These won’t appear as the page’s cover, but they can still support branding and personalization within the content.

You can also explore Microsoft Loop Templates for helpful starter content and customize them to perfectly fit your project.

I appreciate your patience and understanding. Hopefully Microsoft will make improvement soon.
