Skype account problem

Hi,

My skype id was vgosain19. I had some credit balance as well as many professional and personal contacts. I can not see it now in MS teams account.

Please refund the credit balance to my bank account.

Also you can transfer the amount and all the contacts to Microsoft teams account.

    Remaining Skype credit cannot be refunded, neither it can be transferred to another Microsoft account.

    Your credit and the entire chat history should be transferred to Teams application if you sign in to this application using you original Skype Name vgosain19.

    If you encounter an issue when signing in with your Skype name to Teams app on a desktop, then you should be able to do this on Teams application for Web in a browser:

    In the case you don't remember your password, a password recovery code will be available from the linked email accounts.

    Be aware that phone calls cannot be done directly from the Free Teams application, but you will be able to do this using Skype Dial Pad on the Web.
