I have lost all access to mySSC account because I can't get the verification code on my authenticator app. I still have access to the authenticator app but for some reason it didn't save the code that I scanned to get the verification codes for when I signed in to mySSC account. I'm trying to start college online but now I can't even get into my account to start classes. If anyone can help me, I would be so grateful. I've tried calling the help desk at the college but have gotten no answer and I've emailed them, but they just showed me how to start up my account not how to recover it when I can't get a verification code. I do not have any other options to get into my account I must've forgotten to set up another way to do the two-step verification.

Hi ,
In the case of a school account, unfortunately, only the educational institution can reset the account and re-enter the MFA process on your account and phone. Microsoft does not have access to account verifications for educational, government, and private institutions.
You will need to contact your school's support team and inform them that you did not complete the MFA process for your school account.
Give feedback if the information was useful or not.
Thanks
