    Hi Naomi Nosonovsky,

After the Answers Support Community was sunset in July, many of the volunteer moderators who actively contributed there were invited to continue helping users in Microsoft Q&A. As a result, they were granted volunteer moderator privileges on the platform.

If you're interested in becoming a volunteer moderator, the best path is to stay engaged—contribute consistently, share helpful answers, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the community guidelines. Our team occasionally invites active and trusted contributors to take on moderator roles based on their impact and commitment.

We appreciate everyone who helps make the community a welcoming and informative space!
