Hello support team, I've tried signing up from my mobile but it keeps reporting back an error message: "AADSTS90023: An error occurred while processing incoming message".

I've attached the steps I've taken to resolve this from my end. Please let me know what the next steps are to resolve this issue. Kindly note thst i can easily use it on my laptop computer.

Some steps I took: I've downloaded the Microsoft authentication app, cleaned my cache, yet when i get to clicking the Technology for Social Development Initiative button, it brings up an error message.

Kindly help, using my Laptop isn't sustainable for me. Thanks.

    Hi @Uche Ibezim

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

I’m so sorry to hear about the frustration you’re experiencing with signing into the account on your mobile device.

To better understand your situation, please provide the following details:

1.Can you confirm with the administrator whether your account is configured as an external guest or a full member of their organization? and ensure that the authentication settings for your account are properly configured.

2.Please try signing into other Microsoft apps (e.g., Outlook, or OneDrive) on your mobile device using the same account to check if the issue persists.

3.Could you please log into your account on your laptop, navigate to the 'Organizations' section (Account > Organizations), and share a screenshot? (Please hide any personal information for privacy, and this will help me better assess your setup.)

4.Can you attempt to sign in with this account using incognito mode on your laptop? Let me know if you encounter the same issue.

If your account is exactly set up as an external guest, as the first step, I recommend you contact the Global Admin in your organization to verify that your guest account is properly invited and accepted. Sometimes, the invitation needs to be re-sent or accepted again.

Note: If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

The initial response may not fully address your needs, but it will help me better understand your situation. Once I get the information, I will try my best to find the next steps
