I am added into the private channel for the audit, however I can access all pages on this channel except the critical one. It constantly shows : 'Your browser may be enforcing security restrictions which prevent this app from appearing here. Please open this app in a new browser tab.

Correlation ID: REMOVE PII

I contacted the ICT team, whom told me they couldn't do anything about it, it's on Teams.

The channel owner has deleted me then added me again, which didn't do any difference, I accessed the Team on browser instead app, changed different PCs, again, nothing changed.

    Hi @Lin,

Good day and thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your personal information in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.

From what you've shared, may I know a few more details?

1- About the page where you are experiencing this behavior, may I know how was it created from? Can that page be opened separately on the web? If yes, could you please try opening the page separately instead of through Teams?

If you cannot open that page in a standalone browser tab, it is possible that your permissions to the page or browser settings are restricting access to the file. If that is the case, could you check all the settings and permissions again?

2- May I know that do any of your colleagues have the same issue? For those who can access it, is their browser permission the same as yours, or is their account type/domain similar to yours?

3- Could you share more details about what your ICT team has checked so far? If possible, could you please share a screenshot of the page where you are experiencing this behavior?

Thank you for your time, I'm looking forward to your response.
