I have registered for 2 different Microsoft exam with two different accounts. I would like to merge them so that it would not affect my profile and it helps me in taking any Microsoft exam or Certification without any issues.

Thanks,

    Hi @Ryan-N

Since I forgot the password and the recovery details of my personal account created long back, I am not able to merge. I am ok if we delete that personal account created.

    Hi @Patrose, Jeeva,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for contacting us. I understand that you would like to merge two Microsoft Learn accounts to share your learning progress. Please find the information below:

    Steps to follow:

Step 1: Go to https://learn.microsoft.com > click on your avatar > select Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down to Login Account Management > sign in with your other account to link it and share your learning progress.

    Notes:

    • You can add up to 5 Work or School accounts and only 1 Personal account.
    • If you have two Personal accounts, you can use the following workaround to share your learning progress:

Example: You have two Personal accounts: A and B.

    • Step 1: Sign in with a Work or School account, then follow the steps above to Add Account and link it to Personal account A.
    • Step 2: Sign out of the Work or School account, sign in with Personal account B, and use this account to link with the Work or School account.

This method will help you indirectly link two Personal accounts to share your learning progress.

You can refer to the following documentation:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help

If you have any updates regarding the issue or have any other questions, please feel free to share them with me. I will support you.
