Recuperación de licencias Windows Server y RDS/CAL

Hola a todos,

Necesito orientación para recuperar las claves de varias licencias de Microsoft que tengo asociadas a una cuenta de Outlook/ Microsoft a la cual actualmente no puedo acceder.

La cuenta todavía está iniciada en varios servidores y equipos críticos, por lo que no puedo cambiar la contraseña mediante el método habitual sin afectar servicios en producción.

Las licencias que necesito recuperar son:

Windows Server 2019

Licencias CAL de usuario

Licencias RDS (Remote Desktop Services)

Cuento con facturas de compra, información del servidor (serial, Product ID) y capturas del administrador de licencias para validar la propiedad. Solo necesito recuperar las keys o que me indiquen el procedimiento oficial para reemitirlas.

Agradezco cualquier guía sobre el proceso correcto, o si es necesario contactar directamente a un área específica de Microsoft para manejo de licenciamiento y recuperación de claves.

    As I known, if your Microsoft account is still signed in on servers, don’t reset the password — it may break activations.

    To recover your Windows Server 2019, CAL, and RDS keys, go to the Microsoft Licensing Service Center > Contact Us > Licensing Support. Explain that you’ve lost account access but still have proof (invoices, serials, screenshots). They can verify and reissue or transfer your licenses.

    For RDS CALs, open Remote Desktop Licensing Manager > Help > Manage Licenses > Telephone activation and call the Microsoft Clearinghouse for reactivation.

    If it’s a personal Microsoft account, try the account recovery form.
