Well to start it off Microsoft has now changed the definition of human error to bug hence closing 2 support chats due to windows 10. I was in task manager when i noticed in Microsoft edge the search index was getting 10 to 30% memory so i closed multiple times due to it restarting again causing same issue so i went services in stop manager and stopped it low and behold it started again less than a minute. So i went nuclear went to its properties then security and got rid of its entire inheritance the caused msedge.exe to stop working taking off its permissions. So i went to mf edge app in settings to repair it but even with admin privilege i wasn't allowed to fix it,

It sounds like you've encountered a significant issue with Microsoft Edge and the Windows Search index after modifying security settings. Here are some steps you can take to potentially resolve the problem:
services.msc in the Run dialog (Win + R) and looking for the Windows Search service. Make sure it is set to start automatically and is currently running. If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
