Thanks for reaching out! I’d love to help you get this sorted. Can you tell me what happens when you try to sign in, do you see an error message or does the page just refresh? Also, have you tried signing in through the Outlook app or another browser, and does that work?
While we check that, here are a few quick things you can try:
Clear Edge’s cache and cookies in Settings under Privacy and Security, then restart the browser. Make sure Tracking Prevention is set to Basic and disable any extensions for now. If you’re using a VPN or ad blocker, turn it off and try again. Also, update Edge to the latest version and restart your phone.
If the issue persists, check Microsoft’s Service Status page to rule out an outage here: https://status.cloud.microsoft/ If everything looks fine, try removing your Microsoft account from Edge and adding it back, or sign in using private/incognito mode.
