Sending multimedia content and documents within chat conversations in Microsoft Teams

To understand your situation correctly, could you confirm this point:
- Is this issue happening only on your iPhone, or does it also occur when you try on Teams Web or the desktop app?
- For the pictures that appear blank on your phone, can you see them correctly on a computer?
- Since you mentioned using an iPhone 15, have you checked that both the Teams app and your iPhone are running the latest versions?
- Apart from clearing the cache, have you tried uninstalling Teams completely and reinstalling it from the App Store?
If the issue only occurs on your iPhone even after updating to the latest version and this is a work account managed by your organization, I strongly recommend you contact your IT admin to take the following steps:
1.Report the issue through the Microsoft 365 admin center:
When multiple tenants report the same problem, it helps the development team investigate. If it’s confirmed as an incident, it will be published in the Service Health dashboard.
2.Your IT admin also helps you raise a support ticket to reach out to higher technical:

- On right bottom corner click on "Help & support"
When the ticket is opened, a support engineer can start a remote session to investigate the issue, review the back-end settings, and optionally run a sync tool to resolve the issue.
