I am unable to sign in to the Azure Portal. Every attempt results in the following error:

Error code: AADSTS50000
Error message: AADSTS50000: There was an error issuing a token or an issue with our sign-in service. Trace ID: da995eda-a57f-47a6-80e1-3fade07a3f00 Correlation ID: 3add8aa2-b218-4cf6-868d-6e2f592e6603 Timestamp: 2025-12-12 11:46:11Z
  1. I have tried: clearing browser cache, using incognito mode, different browsers, and different networks.

Issue has persisted for over 40 minutes.

  • Browser(s) tried: Chrome, Safari
  • Region: West Europe

Please investigate why my account cannot receive an authentication token and advise on a resolution.

    Hi @Masa Komazec

There's a known outage where Azure logins are failing at multiple regions. Our Engineering team has rolled out a fix. If you are still unable to sign in, I'll suggest waiting for some time.

If you have already tried clearing your browser cache and history. Sign out and try signing in again.

    Glad the issue is resolved.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark the answer as "Accepted." This helps both us and others in the community.
