Clipchamp lost projects due to update

Hi,

I am working on Clipchamp and I had saved several projects there and everything was fine. Today I opened Clipchamp and it seems that there is an update in Clipchamp and I lost all my projects that worked on it for several months. My question now, How can I restore my projects in Clipchamp?

I have had the same issue. I looked in the AppData folder and there is nothing of value there. My projects seem lost! I was logged into my Microsoft account the last time I worked on a project. There is nothing available anymore. Where did it go? Why is there no fix? This is a major issue!!

I am having same issue, I don´t have cloud sync for my projects, now all my projects are gone. how can I recover the projects?

I have this too. Thank god I don't have to go back and redo the THIRTY PROJECTS that were there.

Hi,

Clipchamp usually stores projects locally or in the cloud depending on your settings. First, check if you were signed in to your Microsoft account projects linked to your account should sync automatically. If not, look in your local AppData folder or Recycle Bin for backup files. Unfortunately, if the update cleared local data and there’s no cloud sync, recovery might not be possible.
